Lasting Power of Attorney

While you may not know what the future holds, we can help you better prepare for it with a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).

The LPA is a legal document that lets you entrust important life decisions to a trusted person, in the event if you lose the mental capacity to manage your own affairs. It can also alleviate stress and difficulties faced by your loved ones who may otherwise need to apply for a Deputyship order, which will be more costly and time consuming.
