A marriage can be annulled if it is void or voidable. We strongly recommend proceeding with an uncontested annulment as it is takes less time, is less costly, and imposes a smaller emotional burden on you and your children.

This is payable only if you decide to proceed with your marriage annulment. It includes all disbursements and court filing fees.

Work not described above is charged separately and you will be informed of the fee(s) before said work is done.

The following terms and conditions apply to our all-inclusive flat fee divorce packages:

  1. An additional SGD 200 will be charged for each party who is an undischarged bankrupt, as more work needs to be done in writing to the Official Assignee to request for permission to proceed with the divorce.

  2. An additional SGD 100 will be charged if the marriage deed is not in English. The cost of translating the marriage deed into English is also excluded from the flat fee.

  3. Flat fee packages exclude any translation or interpretation cost incurred in the conduct of the divorce application.

  4. Flat fee packages exclude any charges incurred for transactions overseas, e.g. swearing of affidavits overseas, courier charges etc.

  5. The charges listed are for civil marriages and do not apply to Muslim marriages.
